Where is Kyma Wellness located?
Our studio is located at Shop 24 Beach House Plaza. We are in the laneway that runs from Marine Parade to Griffith Street, under the Beach House Resort
52-58 Marine Parade, Coolangatta QLD 4225
How early should I arrive for my session?
We ask that you arrive precisely at your appointment time, we aim to provide every client, including yourself, with an exclusive and comfortable space for their experience. If you arrive early, please wait outside until your booking time.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is free timed parking available all around our studio. If it is busy and hard to find a park, you can head to the Chalk & Lanham Street car park, it is only a 1 min walk to the studio.
Do you offer discounts?
Our packages offer great discounts on multiple sessions.
Do you have a bathroom in the studio?
No, unfortunately we do not. For this reason we recommend heading to bathroom right before your booking time. The closest bathroom is in the Beach House Plaza, on the beach side near the restaurants.
What is the cancellation policy?
-You may cancel your session for a refund, up to 48 hours before the time of your booking. 
-Cancellations made between 25-48 hours before the booking time may be transferred to a new time.
-Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session time may not receive a refund or a transfer.

What is Kyma Wellness?
Kyma Wellness is a boutique wellness and biohacking centre focused on the healing modalities of the future. Frequency, Vibration & Energy.

Our services include Lucia Nº3 Light sessions, Vibroacoustic Therapy through our Cymatic Sound healing bed and PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy) and infrared light therapy. We aim to continually grow our service, so we can bring you the latest technologies to improve your health & wellness.
Can I pop in without a booking?
Although we can’t wait to meet you, we aim to provide an exclusive and uninterrupted experience for all our clients, so we ask that you please book online. All of our services can be booked via our website. If you have any questions you can always contact us via phone, email or instagram.
I want to book with a voucher?
If you already have a voucher and would like to book in, please email, text or call us to book. Please include your name, phone number, email and the voucher number. We will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm your booking.
What is the best way to book?
All bookings are to be made online via our website and partner booking app Fresha. If you have any questions before you book, we would love to hear from you via email, phone or instagram.
How long will my booking be?
Booking time will vary depending on what service you book.

For Light session booking will take anywhere from 60 to 75 mins with 40 mins under the light. Cymatic Sound Bed sessions are either 15 or 30 mins, allow an extra 5 mins on top of this.
